Canon McNarney in a new radio series

rit ANON MATTHEW MeNARNEY, well known on the radio for his People's Services from St. Cuthbert's, Wigton, Cumberland, is starting a new series on Sunday.

On each of the Sundays of January he will speak on "The Story of Man." The broadcasts will be at 11.30 a.m. in the Light and North of England Services.

The Evening Service on Sunday. January 8, will come from the Church of the Blessed Sacrament, Heavitree, Exeter, and will be conducted by Fr. Wilfrid Carter, 7.45 p.m., West of England Home Service, The Evening Service on Sunday, January 15, will come from St. Mary's Church, Woolton, Liverpool, and will he conducted by Canon Matthew McNerney. The preacher will be Fr. Thomas McGoldrick, 7.45 p.m., Northern Home Service.

Details will be announced later of an Evening Service on the Midland and Welsh Services on Sunday. January 22, at 7.45 p.m.

Buckfast Abbey will be the subject of a feature in the West of England Home Service on Friday, January 27, at 7.45 p.m.
