THE PRESIDENT OF the Pontifical Council for Social Communications told media professionals that entertainment, especially that aimed at children, should be neither self-serving nor exploitative.
Archbishop John Foley, speaking at the opening of the 5th World Summit on Media for Children, invited the participants to carefully reflect on the formation of children by the media and the formation of children to respond appropriately to the media.
