Fr Pius, OFM, Cap, the wellknown Franciscan moral theologian, is the new chairman of the Commission for Priestly Formation. He succeeds Fr Wilfrid Gandy, CSSp, who has become the general secretary of his congregation, the Holy Ghost Fathers. based in Rome.
