On the occasion of an audience, last Saturday to delegates of Catholic Action, Pius XI, addressing the English delegation under Er. Hunte, referred to the Coronation and to his representation thereat. His Holiness said : " London, England, these are two names which we salute at a moment memorable in the history of both.
" It is a great and significant moment for the destiny of their country and of their peoples, so much so that we considered it both our pleasure and our duty, as father of the millions of Catholics throughout the immense British Empire to send Mgr. Pizzardo there as our representative. We gladly greet him here to-day and congratulate him on the success of his mission."
