Sierra Leone's New Bishop

In succession to the Right Rev. Mgr. Wilson, C.S.Sp., who was forced by illhealth to resign the Vicariate of Sierra Leone several years ago, Mgr. Ambrose Kelly, C.S.Sp., has been appointed VicarApostolic. The Bishop-elect, born in 1900, is a past student of Blaclirock College, Dublin. He went out to Sierra Leone about eight years ago and returned last year to Ireland for a rest.
