POPE TO BROADCAST TO THE WORLD

The Pope's broadcast speech on Sunday, September 7, to Pilgrims attending the 25th anniversary celebrations of the men's Catholic Action clubs is to be relayed abroad and will be of international importance Vatican City reports predicted this week.

The Pope, it is thought, may appeal for collaboration among the nations. His Holiness is also expected to protest against attacks on the Church.

The address will be made from a special throtte erected in St. Peter's Square.
