Standing room filled Chairs have been placed round the walls

of the room, and standing room is filled. The children sit on the floor. A missioner explains to those who have not been to Mass for years what is going on. Hands are raised by those who want to receive Communion ... "The Communion time comes. The celebrant pushes his way with difficulty through the crowded room to give the Eucharist. Where there is no room to kneel they receive standing." The description of the House Mass ended with this picture: "Nearby is a man 50 years away from the Sacraments. A boy of 16, who wouldn't go to church, has come with his father and two brothers".
