Rome choir to sing for Friars

The famous Italian choir Coro Polifonico Romano under its conductor Maestro Castone Tosato will sing three times at Aylesford on Sunday, August 16.

Beside's singing at High Mass at 11 a.m. and at Benediction at 5.30 p.m., they will give a choral recital at 3 p.m. at which Helen Hillier will sing by permission of the Sadler's Wells Opera Company. The concert will be in aid of the Friars Restoration Fund. In the evening there will be a torch-light procession.
