Old Lancs Church Burnt Down

Many messages of sympathy have been conveyed to the clergy and people of the Church of the Twelve Apostles, Westleigh (Lanes) in the mysterious file which completely destroyed the old church built in 1902 by the late Fr. Unsworth.

The future is uncertain for various reasons, the chief of which is the national situation. But any offers of help to make it possible to repair the damaged school will be welcomed by the parish priest, Fr. HLIXtable.
