750 children go to Walsingham

More than 750 schoolchildren went to the shrine of Our Lady at Walsingham yesterday (Ascension Day) on the seventh successive annual pilgrimage organised by the Metropolitan Catholic Teachers' Association.

Bishop Grant. Auxiliary of Northampton. led the pilgrimage to which a special train took some 450 children from the London area.
