Bishop opens convent wing

A new science wing, recently added to the Holy Ghost Convent School. Bedford. was opened and blessed last week by Mgr. Parker, Bishop of Northampton, assisted by Fr. John Thomson, parish priest at Bedford.

The new block contains a general science laboratory and a housecraft department.

The convent was opened in September, 1904, with five pupils on the registers. There are now 450 pupils.
