Communists in Russia Only One per Cent.

Addressing a public meeting of the Sword of the Spirit at Harrogate on October 1, on " Communism: Marx' Mistakes," Fr. Hs P. Helmet's', wellknown Irish writer-on social ecohomics, emphasised that disagreement with Communist social philosophy in no way implied hostility to Russia. There was a distinction well recognised by the British Labour Party.

in fact, the Communist Party in Russia was only a tiny minority of the whole people, amounting to about one per cent. ,

Though this minority held the reins of office, they themselves would be the first to admit that they were very far from their goal of establishing a Communist State.
