The Pope has sent a letter of congratulation to the Russicum College in Rome which trains Russian converts for the priesthood, Vatican officials reported.
The College was founded by the Pope in 1929 under an Apostolic decree for the purpose of spreading the Faith in Russia and among Russians throughout the world.
